The hotel's location near the US embassy was convenient.
The bathroom was not comfortable. The bathtub was very small and water spilled everywhere. There was no water mixer or hand shower available. There was also no towel hanger in the bathroom, inconvenient.

The reception staffs, Raja, Cathrine, Selvan and Hari, were all very helpful. I really liked their humble attitude. I would definitely suggest this hotel to my friends and family.
The bathroom lacked proper structure. Water remained on the floor after showers and did not drain. this made it difficult to brush or shave.

the staffs was helpful, especially mili at reception. She helped me get a good room when i wanted to extend my stay. i also liked the courteous staffs that i met during my days here, they was all friendly.
the bathroom wasn't proper. when i showered, water stood still on the floor. this made shaving difficult because of the standing water, which wasn't ideal.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I especially liked the south indian dishes. the fitness center has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I used it daily. satya, raja, mili, iqbal, and krishna at reception provided warm hospitality.
the ac in the lobby was a LITTLE too strong.

The staff were responsive when i needed assistance.
My room smelled musty, and there was condensation overnight. I suspect there was water logging that led to the ceiling collapsing. It missed my mom by inches. It took the assistant manager fifteen minutes to arrive, and they didn't apologize or comp anything more than a few fruits and snacks. That was REALLY disappointing.
